Fitness

The MAC offers an extensive array of group fitness classes that are fun, motivational and yield results, including high-intensity interval training (HIIT), pilates, yoga, spinning and kickboxing.

Some classes focus on a particular area, while hybrid classes incorporate a variety of exercise techniques, such as:

Massage Therapy

From helping relieve lower back pain, easing labor for expectant mothers and increasing joint flexibility to lessening the effects of depression and anxiety, increasing circulation and providing mental clarity and heightened perspective, massage therapy boosts quality of life and alleviates the common day-to-day kinks and quirks. Whether muscles have become tense from stress or a strenuous workout, the MAC massage therapists are available by appointment to assist with relaxation and rejuvenation.

Nutrition Counseling

The MAC has a registered and licensed dietitian on staff who is able to provide nutrition education and intervention to athletes and those looking to lose weight or better manage diseases such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and high blood pressure.
